Jiayi Du

I am currently a Ph.D candidate of Organizational Behavior and Human Resrouces Management at School of Managemet, Fudan University. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Beijing Normal University in June 2021. I also hold a double Bachelor's degree in Philosophy.

My research interests include AI-mediated communication, computer-mediated communication, medical communication. I have published papers in leading journals such as the Asia Pacific Journal of Management. My research papers were also accepted by the Annual Meetings of Academy of Management. I am proficient in various data analysis softwares such as Stata, Mplus and Spss. I also have advanced language skills in Chinese and English and beginner-level skills in French.
